What percentage of asking price do you achieve?

We regularly aim to achieve very strong results against asking price, but the exact figure depends on property type, pricing strategy, buyer demand and market conditions. The important point is this: we are focused on your net outcome, not simply getting any offer accepted.

Why shouldn’t I just choose the cheapest agent?

Because a cheap fee can hide a costly result. If an agent saves you £2,000 in fees but sells your property for £10,000 less, that decision was not cheap — it was expensive.

Do you inflate valuations to win business?

No. Inflated valuations create false hope, wasted time and eventual price reductions. We would rather give you honest advice from day one, even if it is not what you expected to hear.

We regroup, reassess and go again properly. A fall-through is frustrating, but it does not mean the property has failed. The key is how quickly and calmly the situation is managed.

Do you cover areas outside Birmingham?

Yes, depending on the property and situation. Birmingham and the surrounding areas are our core focus, but if the property is the right fit and we can add real value, we will consider it.
